UEG Week 2025 Berlin

From 11 to 15 October 2025, Berlin hosted UEG Week – one of the largest and most renowned international congresses in the field of gastroenterology. For BioCer, this event is traditionally one of the highlights in the trade fair calendar, as it covers the entire spectrum of modern endoscopic and surgical procedures and attracts trade visitors from all over the world.

Strong presence at the BioCer stand

As in previous years, our stand was very busy throughout the event, with numerous doctors, nurses and distributors coming to find out about our comprehensive product portfolio. In addition to our proven haemostasis solutions, our endoscopy range was a particular focus of interest. Many visitors took the opportunity to see a demonstration of our endoscopic applicator and ask questions about clinical applications.

Our surgical mesh implants also attracted a great deal of attention, particularly with regard to material properties, handling and post-operative results. Every year, direct exchanges with specialist users provide us with valuable impetus for future developments.

Contribution to the Nurse Programme

A particular highlight was our contribution to the Nurse Programme, which took place in collaboration with the European Society of Gastroenterology and Endoscopy Nurses and Associates (ESGENA). Here, Susanne Raschke presented BioCer’s endoscopic applicator and demonstrated practical application scenarios. The response was overwhelmingly positive – the great interest in the workshop shows how important safe and efficient haemostasis solutions are in the nursing and assistance sector as well.

Conclusion

UEG Week 2025 in Berlin was an intense and extremely profitable event for BioCer. The great interest in the stand, the numerous technical discussions and the positive response to our products underline the importance of this congress as a central platform for innovation and dialogue in gastroenterology.
