Visit from Georgia

At the end of October, a 19-strong delegation from Georgia visited BioCer Entwicklungs-Gmbh to gain an impression of our innovative solutions. Accompanied by representatives of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the Dega expo team, the group from various areas of the medical sector familiarised themselves with our products. Sales Manager, Jörg Langheinrich, demonstrated the use of the endoscopic applicator in conjunction with our HaemoCerPLUS haemostatic powder and Managing Director, Dr Markus Heinlein, presented the diversity of our TiO2Mesh surgical mesh implants. Before the guests travelled on to Würzburg, Managing Director Frank Heidenau gave them a tour of the company.

As part of the “Bavaria – Fit for Partnership” programme (https://www.bayern-international.de/en/business-in-bavaria), which is run in cooperation with the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Bayern International, specialists and managers from Eastern Europe and North Africa meet Bavarian companies to find out about their technologies and innovations during company visits and in-house exhibitions.

Georgia has recorded solid economic growth in recent years. Reforms to improve the business environment, trade policy and infrastructure have enabled the country to make significant progress in economic development and integration into international markets.
