EHS 2025 in Paris/France
From 4 to 6 June 2025, BioCer was an exhibitor at the renowned annual congress of the European Hernia Society (EHS) in Paris/France. The congress is one of the most important international events in the field of hernia surgery and provided an ideal platform for professional exchange with surgeons, scientists and industry partners.
At its well-attended stand, BioCer presented its complete product portfolio in the field of surgical meshes together with its French distribution partner. The focus was particularly on proven solutions in the field of surgical meshes, e.g. for hernia surgery.
Diverse discussions and targeted networking
The direct exchange with specialist users from all over Europe was once again extremely valuable for the BioCer team. Many visitors took the opportunity to find out more about product details, areas of application and clinical experience. It became clear that the demands on modern hernia meshes are increasing – BioCer meets these demands with well-thought-out solutions, high processing quality and an open ear for everyday surgical practice.
Particularly encouraging was the growing interest in the French market, supported by the competent presence of our local partner, with whom we jointly organised our trade fair appearance.
Paris as a driving force for hernia surgery
In addition to the technical discussions, EHS 2025 offered an exciting scientific programme with numerous lectures, live demonstrations and hands-on workshops. For BioCer, participation was an important opportunity to pick up on current developments in hernia surgery and showcase its own expertise.

Paris – the city of lights, art and science – will once again be the stage for a major medical event in 2025: the European Hernia Society (EHS) Congress. The French capital, renowned for its historical significance and innovative spirit, offers the ideal setting for international exchange of expertise at the highest level.
From 3 to 5 June 2025, leading surgeons, scientists and medical technology experts will gather in Paris to discuss the latest findings and innovations in the field of hernia surgery.
