Successful Visceral Congress NRW 2024 in Dortmund!
Two exciting and successful days lie behind us at the VisceralKongress NRW in the Dortmund Congress Centre! We had the opportunity to present our innovative solutions in the field of visceral surgery and hold numerous interesting discussions with surgeons, gastroenterologists and other specialists.
From 16 to 17 May 2024, around 700 participants, including top-class speakers, once again gathered at the congress centre. The topics ranged from hospital planning and outpatient treatment to practical workshops, interdisciplinary case presentations and best practice sessions. The congress once again provided an excellent platform for dialogue and further training in visceral medicine.
Organised by the Niederrheinisch-Westfälische Gesellschaft für Chirurgie and the Gesellschaft für Gastroenterologie in Nordrhein-Westfalen e.V., this year’s congress was once again chaired by Prof. Dr. A. Pascher and Prof. Dr. A. Canbay. A particular highlight were the video sessions and the numerous best-practice presentations, which provided valuable insights into current developments and techniques.
